At Rebound Physical Therapy, we take pride in our comprehensive innovative rehabilitation programs and our ability to provide a one-to-one approach to care. In doing this, we have had great success in restoring function and promoting better health for our patients. Our state of the art facilities offer goal-oriental enviorments where patients can rehabilitate with the help of our caring and suportive staff. Our highly motivated licensed physical therapists perform a comprehensive evaluation assessment for each patient. An individualized plan of care is then designed and implemented in order to facilitate a safe return to previous activites and functional abilities.
At this time, we do not offer speech or occupational therapy at our facilities. Our offices are located at the following addresses: 3201 Quentin Road, on Quentin and the corner of East 32nd Street and our other office is located at 1811 Avenue P, between East 18th and East 19th Streets.
We accept: Medicare, Empire BlueCross Blueshield, Empire BlueCrossBlue Shield Senior Plan, UnitedHealthcare, Health Net, 1199, Oxford, Cigna, Multiplan, as well as Workers' Compensation and No-Fault cases.
We DO NOT accept: Medicaid, Magancare, The Empire PLAN, or HMOs.
